Refund Policy

Returns cannot be made on fragrances due to sanitation standards. This is normal industry practice. We encourage you to purchase a sample vial to ensure fragrance is what you expect.  However, if your product arrived defective in the mail, please notify us within 48 hours before returning your product for authorization. We will also need to make a claim with the Postal Service. Unauthorized approval on returns will not be accepted.
